24 to 48 hour delivery
Live plants must be delivered quickly or they may suffer in transit. We use Royal Mail tracked 24 or a 24/48 hour courier.
Tracking and signature
Where possible we use a tracked service, which does not need a signature. Therefore, please let us know where to leave the parcel if you are not able to take personal delivery.
Guaranteed delivery?
If you need your parcel to be delivered on a specific day we can only use Royal Mail Special Delivery. This service will incur an extra cost.
We only deliver within Great Britain
We are sorry but we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.
Dispatch days
To minimise the risk of the rosemary plants having to spend a weekend in a transit depot we usually send the rosemaries out on a Monday or Tuesday.
