Cancellation 

An order can be cancelled at any point before we dispatch your parcel. 

Returns

UK Plant Health regulations mean that we cannot accept returns^✻.

Refunds

If the plants arrive in a damaged condition, or are not as described, please let us know within three days of receipt^✻.  

We usually require detailed photographic evidence of the plants and the packaging so that we can evaluate the situation.
