Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
An order can be cancelled at any point before we dispatch your parcel.
UK Plant Health regulations mean that we cannot accept returns✻.
If the plants arrive in a damaged condition, or are not as described, please let us know within three days of receipt✻.
We usually require detailed photographic evidence of the plants and the packaging so that we can evaluate the situation.
✻ Please note that because rosemaries are living plants and are perishable exceptions to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
