Cancellation, Returns and Refunds


An order can be cancelled at any point before we dispatch your parcel. 


UK Plant Health regulations mean that we cannot accept returns.


If the plants arrive in a damaged condition, or are not as described, please let us know within three days of receipt.  

We usually require detailed photographic evidence of the plants and the packaging so that we can evaluate the situation.

Please note that because rosemaries are living plants and are perishable exceptions to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
