Who we are

The Rosemary Specialist is a trading name of Gwynfor Growers, Pontgarreg, Llandysul SA44 6AU.  Gwynfor Growers is a small nursery growing plants in peat-free media and using organic methods.  We hold the larger of the two National Plant Collections® of Salvia rosmarinus.

What information do we collect?

We collect only the minimum information necessary to process your order:

• your name
• delivery address
• any special instructions
• your email (so we can contact you about your order)
• your phone number(s) (so we can contact you about your order)
• the text of any contact form or direct email sent by you to us.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect or hold any bank account information, credit, or debit card details. 

Our shopping basket and store is managed using Ecwid.

Our payment processors are PayPal and Square. 

We do not collect specific details of:

• age
• gender
• race

Use of any of our rosemary plants, or derived materials, for/in medical, herbal or cosmetic products may contravene UK and EU laws and regulations.  The Rosemary Specialist has no liability for such uses.

How we use information we collect

The information we collect is just used to help us process your order.  This means that we must disclose name and address details to the delivery companies we use.  These are currently Royal Mail and Collect Plus.

Marketing

We do not use your information for any marketing purposes at present.  If we do ever decide to send you information that may be of interest to you then we will provide a way for you opt-out of receiving further information.

Cookies

This site uses cookies (small text files stored by your browser on your computer) only to track the products you purchase (your shopping basket).
